The website itself does not collect personal data. We only process what you choose to send us by email: your name, your email address and the content of your message. We never ask you to send secret access information (passwords, seed phrases, private keys or similar), and we do not store it. If you send such information by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.

We use your data only to answer your message and, where relevant, to point you in the right direction. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a possible agreement) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to questions). We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

We keep your message and contact details only as long as needed to handle your question. After that, they are deleted, unless we are legally required to keep them longer.

5. No cookies, no tracking, no accounts

This is a static website: it sets no cookies, loads no analytics scripts, uses no trackers and offers no accounts. Your visit is not profiled or recorded for advertising purposes.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where consent was given. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

7. Security

Data you send by email travels over the internet and is stored in the operator's email account. We protect that account with standard security measures, including strong access controls and encrypted connections where supported. Email is not a fully secure channel, so please do not send secret access information by email, we never need such information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, always applies. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
