  • Hardware-wallet recovery: clarified that recovery depends on the model and configuration, not always on device + PIN + seed.
  • SLIP-39: clarified that the number of shares needed depends on the configured setup; some setups use multiple groups with their own thresholds.
  • Exchange and wallet architecture: products such as Coinbase Wallet/Base, Binance Wallet and the Blockchain.com DeFi Wallet are now separated from custodial platform processes.
